Order

We will cancel and refund your order if the item is out of stock, damage before the order shipped or issue with shipping such as airmail service is being canceled from Hong Kong to the destination country.

The maximum quantity of items per order is 3. That is to ensure that the order’s size and weight are not exceed the limitation of the courier/post service.

Payment

You need to choose Mexican peso as the display currency in order for OXXO payment option to be shown at the check out page.

You need to choose Euro as the display currency in order for Bancontact, SOFORT, Giropay, EPS (Austrian), iDeal,  Przelewy24 (P24) payment options to be shown at the check out page.

We accept all major payment cards by using Stripe as the payment gateway: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover, Diner’s Club, and American Express card.

We also accept Alipay,  Apply Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, SOFORT, Giropay, EPS (Austrian), iDeal,  Przelewy24 (P24) and OXXO as payment for all of our items.

All of the credit card information and transaction are stored (if you choose to save card information for future purchase) and process through Stripe payment gateway:

We do not store nor process any of your credit card information and transaction at our side/server.

Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change your payment details.

Shipping

customs duties and import taxes for the order may vary from country to country. Buyers are responsible for these charges and buyers should inquire their local post office and custom before ordering to clarify the charges.

We ship the item through Hong Kong Post airmail with tracking, we also use SF express for places without airmail postage service from Hong Kong.

We ship to most countries in the world.

If the tracking state of the order does not update for 2 weeks time, please contact our support by email [email protected] with the tracking number, we will issue an official request to the post office for investigation.

We will sent you a confirmation email along with the tracking number once the order has shipped.

The handling time for each order normally takes 1-4 business days (according to the Hong Kong general calendar) before being shipped.

Once the order is shipped, we will sent you a confirmation email along with the tracking number for your reference.
