If the item you received doesn’t match the description, or if it arrived faulty or damaged, please contact Customer Services within 14 days of delivery by email email@example.com with the invoice number and include a photo if you can to illustrate the problem. Once you have been in touch, we will then give you individual advice on returns, replacements and refunds.
We will refund you the full purchase price of the item(s) if the case is valid. However the item(s) must be in a 100% re-saleable condition and in their original packaging, complete with any tags or labels.
Please return goods to us using a traceable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible if your returned item(s) are lost in transit without a traceable shipping method. Please ensure that you return your items in the original packaging and include a traceable shipping label.
